When you first sign-up for our service you will need to provide PAYE Assist with company master data (e.g. PAYE reference; HMRC accounts office reference; employee data)
We have template forms for this (paper and online) so we make this as easy as possible for you.

Ongoing
The for each payroll you need to send us any changes (e.g. starters, leavers, salary changes, additional payments or deductions etc)
Again, we have templates for this and you can submit the data in a variety of ways (e.g. excel, using our online portal, in text via email)
